Home Delivery and Click & Collect

In light of the current situation with Covid-19, we have changed how we run our business, in order to keep going, but also to be able to get our beer to our customers safely, responsibly, but most importantly, without you having to leave the comfort of your own home!

Updated Home Delivery and Click and Collect

With pubs reopening we once again must change how we do things here at Red Cat, we are only a small team and need to make sure we balance our workload as we start to welcome back orders from our trade customers. Please read on about changes to home delivery and click and collect services.

Home delivery
Orders will be taken throughout the week with a cut off point of 2:30pm on a Thursday for a Friday delivery.
We are opening up a ‘ Local delivery ‘ option for postcodes that fall within SO21, SO22 & SO23 postcodes, this will be priced at £4.
All other deliveries to mainland England remain at £5. Minimum order remains at £30

Click and Collect
Our collection service will now operate on FRIDAYS 11am – 7PM and SATURDAYS 11AM – 4PM.
Click and Collect does not charge any shipping. Orders can be placed anytime but please do not turn up to the brewery without ordering, with the system we have in place we cannot serve you at the brewery door and it may cause delays to other customers turning up to pick up their order.
When arriving at the brewery we have implemented a queuing system with two meter spacing. This is to maintain social distancing as much as we can.
There is now NO MINIMUM ORDER for this service.
All orders that have already been placed this week will be honored for the day and time selected.

The Red Cat Bar
At this point the Red Cat Bar will not be re-opening for drinks ‘onsite’ as we just don’t have the space to do it safely.

Thank you so much for sticking with Red Cat, we aren’t out of the woods yet, but thanks to you we have survived so far! As the pubs re-open please make sure you support them, drink from small independent producers and be understanding that they are having to work to comply to a 40 page document from HMRC, service may be a little slower and their product ranges may be reduced as they find their feet but it will be great to be back in the pub! Not forgetting some pubs will still not be able to open just yet because of the restrictions but we hope they can soon.

Thanks, See you at the bar,
Andy Mansell
