Hibernal Dream is a complex yet comforting ale. Red in colour. It is a smooth amalgamation of malt and hop, showcasing the best aspects of its Red X malt base. Classic British hops, Fuggles and Goldings add floral aromas and subtle hints of honey and butterscotch to the flavour profile. The beer is given an additional vanilla bite by the Amarillo dry hopping.
